High Pressure Moulding Line

An automated High Pressure Molding Line with multi-piston fast loop facility has been installed by Rhino Machines.

Standard Dimensions of Sections are given bellow:

Melt Shop

Our Melt Shop consists of the following set-up:

Sand Plant

Automated and eco-friendly plant having a capacity of 15 MT per hour and PLC-Controlled continuos mixes for no-bake sand preparations / Rhino Machines.

AUTOMATED AND ECO-FRIENDLY PLANT HAVING A CAPACITY OF 15 MT PER HOUR AND PLC-CONTROLLED CONTINUOS MIXES FOR NO-BAKE SAND PREPARATIONS / RHINO MACHINES.

Core Shop

Our Core Boxes can produce critical no-bake cores for the manufacturing of CBC Bogie components and other job works.

Fettling

We have a 100% in-house finishing arrangements for the castings.
Table-type Shot Blasting Machine is used for shot blasting.
