Job Description

Oversee site-level production activities ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.

Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environment

Good understanding of production processes, manpower handling, and machine operation

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and basic quality tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, etc.)

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel)

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
